Our Setup

We are a small and very personal service oriented organization, established since 2003 as a training provider to companies in manufacturing, service and trading sectors in Malaysia.  Among our clients are American, Japanese and Korean multinationals, in addition to Malaysian companies.

Our Scope of Work

We provide management skills development programs to various levels of organizational leadership, motivational programs and also personal development courses.

In addition to training courses, we also provide Human Resource Consultancy expertise in various areas, including setting up of human resource departments, labor case representation, performance management and compensation management.

Our Team:

We have 3 strategic partners working together as the key members providing satisfaction to our customers.  The Principal Consultant is Mr. Chan Wang Tak who has 30 years experience in Human Resource Management in a senior capacity,  and has been providing HR consulting services to local companies and multinationals since 1994.  Mr Mazlan Haji Mohammad is a senior consultant with current portfolios with Japanese corporations, and while Mr. SP Bali, is a certified trainer who have worked together as a team for more than 10 years.
